project

The massive Al-Kufra Agricultural Project was designed as a modern oasis adapted to the harsh desert environment, with its architectural style blending luxury with smart climate solutions. The design concept is inspired by oases, where rectangular blocks create a clear system, incorporating internal planted courtyards and water features to moderate the weather and create a comfortable environment. To adapt to the environment, the design relies on small windows protected by sun-breakers on sun-exposed facades. The project combines organizational rigidity with design fluidity, featuring separate entrances for each building to ensure privacy. The project consists of multiple facilities, including housing for engineers and workers, a mosque, and recreational facilities, in addition to separate luxury units for VIPs, making it a modern and integrated oasis in the heart of the desert.
